Antibiotics and SS (or AAM)? Bit of advice needed. I have a knee infection which developed out of the blue when a cut was healing ! Anyway, got antibiotics on Monday and no improvement. Doctor gave me stronger antibiotics yesterday and said if it doesn't improve in a coule of days I'll need IV antibiotics in hospital.
Just wondered - am I hindering my recovery by being on CD ? This week I'm on AAM. Would prefer not to delay my progress re CD BUT also don't want to be ill!!!!
Some anti-biotics and strong painkillers require you to be on "proper" food. Did your Doctor know you were on CD SS??
If you find it is upsetting your stomach try AAM or even 790plan for the time of taking the tablets.

Didn't mention it to doctor. Antibiotics are quite strong - like bullets ..... but so far no change in my knee!!!
My CDC thinks I should take a weekend off CD. Might see how I feel tomorrow.
Yes would agree .... especially if any side effects like upset tummy.
Sorry no improvement.
I have tablets for a pulled muscle in my neck - and other than they knocked me for 6 yesterday are working brilliantly!
