What a great WI result Louie lou!
About the shake mixing with ice, I do it to every meal and is it just heaven! It becomes more like a milkshake, cold and yummy. I use 8 ice cubes and about 3 table spoons of water. I might experiment with the ice, but this is working great! I mix the ice and water first, then add the shake.

I am exhausted from another day of nothing but studying. Tomorrow and two days ahead will be the same for sure. I am glad I am on CD so I don't have to think about food at all.

SorryI made it sound like a lot of water, but week 1 I struggles with plain water so only managed 2 or 3 pints aday, this week I had the water flavour and I've drunk 4 or 5 pints.
It just shows water does help.![]()

You are doing really well Louie. I drink water constantly throughout the day, but I loose track of how much I take. I calculated that 8 glasses was more than 4 pints and I know that I usually have more than 8 glasses a day as I just keep filling it up every time I go past the fridge (I have a filter jug and the water tastes lovely cold).
Keep up the good work and you will be slinking around in no time![]()

Hi everyone and hi Lynda - my pal from the other thread. I was wondering where you were.
Louie lou that is absolutely amazing. U must be so chuffed - a full stone! Wow! That's it I'm drinking more water. Did you all read what I said about water on the last thread - apparently it speeds up your metabollic rate big time. It obviously has.
I've been sorting out my clothes into fat, and thinner (I cant even look at the thin ones yet) Before they were just all mixed up in my drawers depressing me (the thin ones ae away in the loft) but I sorted them and I know I will only be wearing my fat ones for a few more weeks. Brilliant ! I love this. I think I'll put a thread up asking ppl what they're doing with old clothes- according to my sister successful dieters dont keep their fat clothes- but i've been bitten with that one before unfortunately! The diet gets easier doesn't it? I'm starving just now but really motivated and excited. Being thin now seems like a reality.
How is everyone else getting on tonight?
