Week 5 = -3lb (12st 4lb)
Week 6 = -3lb (12st 1lb)

Week 9 = -3.5lb (11st 9.5lb)
Week 10 = +7lb (12st 2.5lb)
Restart goals:
1. Manage first 3 days. Done!
2. Get through first week. Done!
3. Get BMI to 27.5
4. Lose half a stone. Done!
5.Lose the 10lb gain (after hols)
6. Lose 1 stone/roughly where I was pre hols.
7. Get into those elusive 10's (stone not size, lol)

Go onto the Cambridge Diet offical website, they have a BMI calculator on that. Haven't a clue how to work it out manually.

I know it is crossing to the dark side, but I love Lighterlifes BMI calculator. It shows what your body will look like at different BMI's and I currently resemble the Mitchelin Man, now thats motivation.
