Hi All,

Had an amazing first week, but on Saturday I gave in
I had a Mcdonalds cheeseburger!!!!! I know I shouldnt have eaten it, and I got straight back on the diet yesterday and have stuck to it since, just now feel that my weight loss this week is going to be bad one, and its no ones fault BUT MY OWN!!!!
GRRR why am I so weak!!!!!!
Anyway, I hope everyone else is having a good week xx
