SS+ milk with coffee and tea , do you find the milk changes weight loss ?

I am on 3 packs and 200ml of milk. Today is only Day 4 but I am in ketosis :-)
Not sure about the rate of weight loss but from what I have been reading SS & SS+ are about the same.

I have been doing SS + for 10 weeks now, i have milk in 2 (prob 3 cups a day) and an evening meal of protein and veg with my 3 packs. I have lost 2st 8lb

Oh that's good to know! Can you switch between SS and SS+? I sometime would like a meal to eat with my family but not every night.....

Hi I think you are ok to do that as long as ss+ is the maximum you have I.e no more than ss+ allowances. I have been having 3 packs a day some days and adding skimmed milk some days and other days I have 4 packs. But the most I ever would have is 4 packs and the milk allowance! But what do I know I'm only on day 19! But works so far

ss+ is 4 packs and milk OR 3 packs and a small allowed meal. you need 1 more pack for ss+ my lovelies weight loss is similar on ss and ss+ you'll be looking around 3 to 4lbs a week.

how do you know when you are in ketosis?
