1, To manage to get through one day without cheating
2, To get to 10,5 again my lowest weight since pregnancy
3, Reach my target weight of 9,10/ 10st
4, Exercise 3/4 times per week
5, Make time for myself each week
Wow first of all well done you on a massive 7st lost! Are you SSing, perhaps SS+ would be a good alternative so that you don't feel so deprived.
I'm day 1 of my last (I'm very determined it will be) restart.
Good luck with it, you can make it in 45 days.

Wow!! Congrats on the weight loss.
You should be so proud on how far you have come and you can totally finish the last hurdle.
My advice would be to just try coming on here every night and listening in/participating. I know that when i don't visit as often i feel like i'm slipping and i've had some great advice from people as let's face it we are all in the same boat whether you have 10lb or 10 stone to lose.
