    Finding things hard on CD now :-( I have lost a massive 7st and only want another 1st 11 but finding it hard to get back on it since my holiday. I go away again in 45 days and would love to be done by then
    Targets
    1, To manage to get through one day without cheating
    2, To get to 10,5 again my lowest weight since pregnancy
    3, Reach my target weight of 9,10/ 10st
    4, Exercise 3/4 times per week
    5, Make time for myself each week

    Wow first of all well done you on a massive 7st lost! Are you SSing, perhaps SS+ would be a good alternative so that you don't feel so deprived.

    I'm day 1 of my last (I'm very determined it will be) restart.

    Good luck with it, you can make it in 45 days.

    Im trying to SS as once I start eating I don't stop lol I need to learn not to pick off my 1 and 2 1/2 year olds plates

    I agree try ss+ as this allows you a 220cal meal in the evening this will help so much.. Just remember if you do need to eat then make sure it is protein only (ham, chicken, fish) as you will remain in keltosis.. Good luck.. I start back tomorrow on SS+ and cannot wait..

    Wow!! Congrats on the weight loss.

    You should be so proud on how far you have come and you can totally finish the last hurdle.

    My advice would be to just try coming on here every night and listening in/participating. I know that when i don't visit as often i feel like i'm slipping and i've had some great advice from people as let's face it we are all in the same boat whether you have 10lb or 10 stone to lose.
