    My scales have gone on a go slow but that's ok it's water retention as the fat goes even if the scales play silly sods

    Hi cheekymare- your weights are similar to mine!!!

    Started 12.6
    3 weeks this tuesday coming and so far I've managed to shift a stone so I'm quite happy about that!! My goal weight is 10 stone or just under like yours !!

    I've had a few moments when I felt like giving up but my Saturday curry os chicken shaddock and mushroom Bhargi helps keepe sane!!!!

    Good luck - I'm hoping for at least another pound before my 3 week mark Tuesday!! To make it to a 15lb loss x

    Good luck and keepe posted of your weigh ins- you can spur me on!! I need it!!

    Hi Jelliebabe, I think I am doing OK. I am doing the sole source plus, which means I can have 1/2 pint milk a day as well as my packs, so cappucinos are still on the menu! I have lost 10lbs so far. Its the best I've done for months! I owe it to the support and advice I got from this thread and the site. How are you doing?

    Thanks! I know it gets easier the longer you do it for. Its getting through the first few days that I can never manage. Once you are in ketosis its a lot easier. Well done for being on week 3! Keep it up!!
