    Had succcccch a hard sluggish day today felt like complete crap...... But made it through without misbehaving ! Think I'm on verge of being in the magic ketosis so that was a massive spur on for me. How did everyone else get on today? Purple

    oh wow look at your losses you've done brill, I'm on day four of ss and not feeling to bad, had a mid week motivational weigh in and lost 8 and a half so am chuffed and hoping it will keep me good over the weekend !!
