    Here I go again.......

    Hi people

I'm thinking of going back on the CD

    I'm currently 21 stone and I'm only 5'4

This is the heaviest I've ever been and this weight has affected every aspect of my life.

I'm at the stage now where I spend days in house and avoid eye contact

Despite this, I still find I do not have the will power to stick to the CD plans

I've tried it numerous times (6 exactly) and the longest I've lasted was a week and I lost 11lbs in that week.

You would think that was all the motivation I needed but NO I fell off the wagon soon as I came home from my CDC.

I'm hoping to lose 5 stone or more by July

Reading stories on here has really inspired

I hope to start the SS by the 1st April

Take care guys and GOOD LUCK in you're journeys

Hello to you both, I really hope this is your time, someone's got a wonderful signature here about only being a failure when we give up trying so it doesnt matter if it's taken you 6 or 60 attempts, if now is the time and you're psychologically in a good place then half the battle is already achieved

Really hope you're both doing swimmingly and good luck on your journey x

    Hello there,
I know its hard to stick too! Why dont you start on a higher step with products and food and move down the steps so it isnt as hard, you will still lose but it wont be as hard at the beginning??

I totally agree that a huge part of it is mind set! If youve decided that now is the time its much easier to stick to then not being committed to it.
When I want to cheat I try to imagine whatever it is I want to eat/ or am about to eat (lol) like an hour later all cold and conjealed... this works great with cheesy things for example I imagine a cold ham and cheese panini all cold, conjealed and stale then suddenly I dont fancy eating it anymore! I know its abit gross but it helps me! I also think is that sandwich/bite of cake etc worth all the money ive spent on the products Ive had so far... again suddenly that sandwich isnt that appealling knowing its gonna cost me £50!!

Hope Ive helped a little x

    Hello ladies

Thank you for reading and replying to my rambles it's nice to feel noticed.

It's been about 4 to 5 weeks since my last post

In that time I have fallen ill due to a cleanse I tried to do and that was a big disappointment.

I have been unable to get hold of the products as I am not in the UK but I will be leaving this Wednesday to the nearest city which has a Cambridge centre and I will get 40 days supply.

I want to start off with the sole source and I plan to lose up to 6 stones in the next three months. Am I being too optimistic? Is that realistic goal in that amount of time? I really need to do this, I'm turning 27 soon and I can't believe I look like this.

Good luck in your journeys, this diet is more of a mental game rather than the deprivation of food and I guess that's why we struggle but STAY STRONG ladies and think of summer and all those lovely clothes you could be wearing

    Take care

    Xoxo
