....Back to Cambridge! Advice on meal options

Hi everyone,

After trying every single diet out there the numbers on the scales keep going up im the heaviest ive been in 3 years so back to cambridge i go.

I started the diet 2007 and must admit i struggled alot and think i only managed twelve days but now I have 3 stone to shed im seeing a cd Councillor tonight .

When i was on the plan there was no porridge etc ive read on this forum its not very nice but i absolutely adore porridge what makes the taste so nasty? can everyone tell me there fave cd flavours also, im not a massive milkshake person so think im going to buy most of the tetra bricks do they taste better than the shakes?

I remember the only actual shake I used to like was chocolate mint all the rest made me gag!
 
I would love to lose 3 stone, but realistically 2 stone! the money is worrying me already though. My sole source of 4 items a day was £65 today im not sure how long my purse will keep to the diet for!! :-( how are you finding it ?
 
Are you having 4 because of your height or doing ss+?
I like the porridge tbh, I make it exactly to the instructions and then add a bit of cinnamon.
Fav shakes would be chocolate , choc mint, banana mixed with choc and mango. I tend to make the choc shakes in to muffins, it's frowned upon as apparently kills the nutrients but it gets me through.
