Thread: Day 2 & a horrible tasting mouth

As the title says, Im back after 6 months having put 17lbs back on

I started yesterday morning, at the same time as coming down with a cold and have found it suprisingly easy up to now prob as I dont feel like eating due to the cold. I am drinking loads of water 2.5l plus a day.

My main problem is that my mouth is horrible, yucky taste and funny feeling not sure if its the cold or the shakes

I see my cd counsellor on fri morning so hopefully will be able to speak to her about it if i still feel the same. I started a few days before seeing her as i had some shakes left from before.

Hi yes I found I had a horrible taste in my mouth but used mouth spray without alchol which really helped I also tended to clean my teeth a lot more! I also find if you drink lots of water this really helps! take care x
