Thread: Any over 50s here?

Am I the only over 50 here with 5 stone to lose??? So much harder when you are old like me - metabolism and all that....but it's great reading all your posts because we are not alone in our quest to move from fatdom to slimdom.....just started back on the Cambridge (the only diet that really really works) on 21st jan and have lost 11lbs....but finding it really so hard. xx
