I did the Cambridge after having a baby about 4 years ago, got to goal then got pregnant again. Now my youngest is 2 1/2 and I started back on the diet on Friday.
The last 3 days have been pretty tough (feeling hungry all the time) so I came back in here to help keep me focused and motivated. My start weight this time was 14. 9, looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow!:)
