    Unhappy ketosis blues?

    After a non start last week I am finally giving this SS lark a proper shot. I feel sick tho -spinning room and everything. Like a hangover! I've done atkins and lipotrim so I know what its like goin into ketosis but I feel really weak. CAnt remember feelin this blaaaa before. Been drinkin my water and heaps of yummy peppermint tea but feel really weepy and everything! Could it be hormones do ya think? My periods are irregular so I never really know when I'm due my totm...anyone else experience this?
    Starting Weight: 204.5 lbs
    Ultimate Target: 126 lbs
    First Target: 168 lbs
    Exercise: Boot Camp 3 days a week. Definitely. Zumba once, gym once.

    Off and on. Its ok when i am at home, i quiite enjoy the dizziness and the nausea makes me want to not eat. It's a bugger at work though. I get all sweaty as well! It's just life i think.

    oh well...day two easier thank goodness. Feel definitely back in the swing of things. Sweaty ya say? That cant be pleasant -the things we have to go through eh?
