Well, after doing the 810 last year and losing almost 2st I am back to lose some more.
Got my shakes and bars ready, got my start weight and my measurements, now it all hangs on Monday......D Day.
Is it much harder the second time round??? I'm mentally prepared for hunger a d determined to get to 9st something, but I'm a little scared that I'll buckle in the first week
