    Is the second time harder?

Well, after doing the 810 last year and losing almost 2st I am back to lose some more.

Got my shakes and bars ready, got my start weight and my measurements, now it all hangs on Monday......D Day.

Is it much harder the second time round??? I'm mentally prepared for hunger a d determined to get to 9st something, but I'm a little scared that I'll buckle in the first week

I don't think it is harder as long as you are determined! Mind over matter and all that. If you're head is in the right place, you will be absolutely fine!

    Good luck

Tell me about it. I have been very silly and let bad habits creep back in and now I'm starting from a weight that depresses me. I was so determined last time and my resolve never broke, but today, day 1, I am having a really hard time. Hubby's going out later which means I won't have any support this evening, and somehow I have to stay focussed on the prize......god help me !!!
