I am restarting CD after 6 months off and piling all the weight on plus another 10lb! I lost 2 and a half stone for my wedding in March this year but of course gave up completely after an amazing wedding and honeymoon in New York eating anything and everything.

We've recently moved our family to Nigeria following my husbands job and I'm feeling so miserable about my weight. We sent our heavy baggage out in August and when it reaches us in 2 weeks none of my clothes will fit :( kinda depressing huh!

So I'm back on the weight plan on 810cal and am extremely motivated! I just want to get it started but have to wait for my packs to arrive. No more mini goals or stopping when I get comfortable. This time I'm getting to goal and going through the maintenance steps like a pro!

Who's with me? xxx;)

Hello there

We can definitely do this. I've restarted again after failing the last time. I'm finding it hard to forget my mistakes and move on but I know I want this. I've just piled on the weight from binging.
I'm currently 14.6 stones and want to get down to 8.2 stones so roughly the same amount to loose as you.
I'm nigerian and was actually considering going out there to lose weight but worked out it'll be cheaper here.
Mate you working with a consultant out there?
 
No don't have consultants here but I think that doing it before has helped me get to grips with the plan. How's your first few days been? I've managed to be 100 per cent so far just with some celeb slim shakes that my friend here gave me until my shakes arrive. They're not as nice as the Cambridge though! I'm missing the banana and chocolate ones most xxx

I messed up to restarted as of now. I will be on plan for 24 weeks and then gym to maintain my weightloss.
I'm trying to be more positive. We can do this xx
 
We can. It's all about willpower and mine has been tested a lot today. Gave my son the day off school for his birthday and took him out for pizza. I had a piece of chicken but the pizza looked divine. If I hadn't have got on the scales this morning and seen that I'd lost 5lb in 2 days I would've totally had at least a piece. Also going to our friends house tonight for a roast beef dinner with pavlova for afters. I will be having beef and veg with no gravy and no pudding. How ridiculous does that sound! But, I will do it.

I think if you can get to day 3/4 and get into ketosis it helps with will power as you don't want to knock yourself out of ketosis and start the whole process again. Also my hunger is going today. woohoo! Be strong and get 1 week out of the way and you will be motivated by a good loss xx

I have until the 4th of April and so will be quite strict with myself because there's no other choice. I'm having a day off for Christmas and straight back on it on boxing day. We will both do this easily with our good friend will power xx

really good although feeling a bit under the weather today now on day 5. Very lethargic and tummy pains but I'm hoping it will soon pass xx

To be honest I wish I had a consultant to keep me on track lol. If you have the will power to go it alone then try it but I would suggest a consultant as spending twice as much money and sticking to plan is better than spending half the money and getting nowhere. I have faith in you though xx

I decided to stick to my consultant. Thank you for your help.
