I am restarting CD after 6 months off and piling all the weight on plus another 10lb! I lost 2 and a half stone for my wedding in March this year but of course gave up completely after an amazing wedding and honeymoon in New York eating anything and everything.
We've recently moved our family to Nigeria following my husbands job and I'm feeling so miserable about my weight. We sent our heavy baggage out in August and when it reaches us in 2 weeks none of my clothes will fit kinda depressing huh!
So I'm back on the weight plan on 810cal and am extremely motivated! I just want to get it started but have to wait for my packs to arrive. No more mini goals or stopping when I get comfortable. This time I'm getting to goal and going through the maintenance steps like a pro!
