Hi guys..lost a few stone n summer on cwp...was brilliant, loved it. Feel like I've gained and gained since, restarting almost every wk but not sticking through. I'm here feeling sorry for myself now as its Xmas and I'm eating ridiculous amounts..can feel the weight on badly..desperate to sort myself out n get bk to the weight I was at end if summer..less actually.. any advice for a sweet tooth comfort eater disaster?!!!
