    Smile Restart

    I was on CD before and almost got to target but changed jobs and did not click with my new consultant. I left and maintained the lower weight, about 7 lbs above target, for 2 years. Then, in the space of 6 months I put on a huge amount of weight. I was so confused. I was eventually diagnosed with a thyroid problem. This is now being treated and I have found the most amazing consultant. First week- 13lb loss on step 2. Very happy.

    Trying to stick to weekly weigh ins on Saturdays and will only post those. That being said I sometimes have a sneaky look at home!!
    All well, step two so I have a small meal to look forward to everyday. I had planned to go to ss tomorrow but, after discussion with my consultant, I have decided to stick with what I am doing until I hit a wall.
