    Hi, I'm restarting on the 7th. I think I may do ss+,
I initially started last year but stopped after a week but I'm determined this time.
I'm hoping to lose 2-3 stone. I'm 5.6 and probably weigh around 13. I'll weigh myself when I'm home on Monday.
Maybe we can be of support to each other

    Hi everyone!
I started SS Thursday, currently on day 4 and feeling positive. I'm being a bridesmaid in 6 weeks so want to shift some weight ready for the wedding.
Try not to think too much about the withdrawals, once you start you'll be fine! We can all support each other :-)

Hi Sophie, you should be able to shift quite a bit in that time. Is this your first time? Do you mind me asking your start weight?

Hi Sophie, I'm probably about the same weight as you. I'm going to weigh on Tuesday.
I've tried the diet before but only lasted a week, determined this time tho. I'm going to do ss+ so I can have a bit if milk. I think You could. Lose at least a stone and a half in that time.

The first week is the hardest, so just keep thinking about how much you want this and keep at it. You can do this! :-) I've been told that it's about a stone a month on Cambridge, so a stone and half would be great!!
