    New start

    Hello, I'm just about to rejoin cd today seeing the lady at lunch time so will start tomorrow I hope I can be as strong as I was before next three days are going to be hard ! !

    Hey guys Well I have been and I'm back up to 14 stone exactly but at least I made the first Step and want to lose ! Aww thanks for your support I think it helps to talk on here and know that we all going through the same things. Tomorrow I'll be going 3 shakes a day ! Arghh going to be hard and I going to miss coca cola anyone else have problems giving up coke ? Lol

    Yeah I have found this helpful already, it's nice to talk to people who know exactly how you feel and how hard times can be! And also good to encourage each others progress!
    ahhh me too with coke!! I think I crave a glass of coke more than food! The diet makes me so thirsty..

    Awww when I see someone with that red can my mouth waters I struggle with that more than food ! Roll on tomorrow I'm actually sick of food now x
