    2nd time returner - help!! ?

    Hi guys I am starting sole source today -again. I lost 2.5 stone last year on this diet. Have gained around 7lbs.
    I really need to shift this remaining 2 stone so here goes!

    I keep hearing that it is hard to commit second time around? Is this true?

    Hi Simone, this is my 2nd time too. Started last Tue so in week 1 on SS+. I have also heard the same, and to be honest I am finding it very hard. Taking a lot of will power to get through these first few days. Hoping WI on Tue is a good loss and hopefully it will inspire me a bit more...lol. Good luck and wishing us both huge losses this time round! x

    Hi pink tulip I have found it ok so far. Hopefully it stays that way lol. Do you have much to loose? My weigh in is Thursday and hoping for a good loss. Good luck to you and keep going you can do it xx

    Hi everyone, I am looking for support, starting sole source on Saturday. Nervous but really excited, trying to build up some courage to post some before photos! Been wanting to lose weight for years and cant seem to manage with conventional methods. eg, exercise and healthy eating. Want to see a big weight loss to keep me motivated. Just wondering if anyone had to seek advice from their GP before starting?

    Hi Simone and Vdub, how are you guys getting on? I've had my first WI today and lost 5lbs and happy with that! I am struggling this time round and its taking all my willpower but I am determined. How is everyone coping with the water? x

    Hi pink tulip well done on your weight loss!! That's really good! I'm finding it a bit harder now, starting to feel hungry and think about food more. Arghhh lol.
    My weigh in is not until Thursday so hopefully it will be as good as yours!
    What are your favourite products? Are you on 3 a day?

    Hi Pink! Well done. 5lbs is bloody brilliant and so much more than you would achieve on a 'normal' diet. Just think about the summer and feeling fabulous! I drink sooooo much water anyway so its not something I am worried about. Have you tried the flavourings?

    I am also starting again it's my third time. I didn't find the 2nd time more difficult the big weight losses were just expected rather than a shock! I think it's about your mind set when you doing the diet. As long as you are motivated and keep motivated then you will do just as great as I did the last time. I am also hoping to lose more or less 2 stone I'm on day 2 today and feeling a little shaky. How are you feeling today?

    Hi ladies, how is everyone doing today? I'm feeling a bit better. Felt a bit sick yesterday, but much better this morning. I am doing SS+ so 3 packs a day and some protein/veg at night. I did SS+ last time too and for me (as I have to cook for my family at night) it just helps me get through the evenings easier. I use the summer berry water flavouring as I would not be able to drink the water just like that. It is a life saver for me! My favourite products is def the choc mint shake and the chicken & mushroom and mushroom soups. I don't mind the porridges either. I try to avoid the bars when I can (only have them when we are out and about and I cant have a shake) purely because I already struggle with the water and I believe you have to add an extra 250 ml of water per day if you have a bar! Does anyone do any exercise? I'm thinking of joining a gym on Friday. Hoping that it will just aid my weight loss! xx
