I am so confused. I've got such conflicting advice about the dreaded diet coke. Some say it's a definite no, others say they have it with no effect. I've done some research on the net regarding effects of citric acid on ketosis and it's all quite vague. A lot of the word "might" being thrashed about.
As I like to have an active social life and up to a point I would like some of that to continue I would like to know if (as it's the only diet soft drink available in pubs) I can go out and safely have a couple without it having too much of a detrimental effect?
Does anyone drink diet coke and their still in ketosis?
