    Goal Weight: 9st6.3lb
    Goal Date: hopefully September 2014 :-)

    Total Weight Loss: 1st12.9lb
    Weight to Lose: 2st11.2lb
    % Lost 13.56%

    Talking Does your CDC allow you bars in the first week? and one more question

    and have you changed your CDC in the 2nd time?

    For me yes mainly because I relocated but I guess even if I didn't move I would still change her…. what do you think?

    BMI Information:
    Goal BMI: 30
    I've changed CDC as I've moved and I'll be allowed the Lemon bar for the first two weeks but no others x
    Restart May 2014: 15 stones
    First Goal: 13.13 by 1st July
    Second Goal: 13.7 by 22nd July
    Final Goal: 12.7 by end of August for my holiday
