So this time last year I was on the sole source bandwagon with a vengeance, My Ibiza holiday was booked & I was determined to get my Ibiza body - Major success!! I was down to my goal weight & felt more confident than ever on the beach!
Fast forward one year later and I'm now a Mummy!! My little one is 12 Weeks old today so its sole source all the way until her Christening on the 28th of September (What a difference a year makes)
Soo happy to be back on Plan ???
