Hi well here i am again ! Started cwp January this year done very well had a blip and slight re- gain but by June I'd lost a good amount felt good looked so much better felt healthier, joined the gym in august to help keep it off with the intention of following the steps but then money/holidays issues over took and that was that. .. sept until now i put on 2 stone...disgusting i was actually binge eating some days just because i thought i could like some rebellious child ..idiot! Anyway I'm on day 3 last 2 days were fine today I'm starving always day 3 and day 8 for me not sure why and last night had the whole no sleep thing which i had last time sighhhh but I'm determined and I'm enjoying my packs ... wanted to shift a stone before my works xmas do on the 14th Dec then carry on !

Hi I'm restarting for my 3rd time too! Doing sole source plus this time to help me stick with it. I lost a good amount of weight earlier but went on holiday and went a bit food crazy and hadn't stopped up until now! First weigh in on Monday.

I'm 5 ft 1 and weigh 10st 8

Good luck :) let's hope it's 3rd time lucky! I weigh in later today i found the first few days o.k this time but day 5 and 6 a real struggle so it's a different experience this time, i haven't been able to keep up my water during the day as i only get 2 loo breaks in the whole day as theres nobody to cover me and when I'm keeping up my water i go to the toilet every 20 mins or so lol so fingers crossed it's not had a major impact on loss.

Thanks honey j i weighed in today lost 7lbs so I'm pleased with that not as much as on my previous 2 first weeks but i can't complain :)

Thanks :) finding it o.k haven't had any headaches this time had 1 night of what i call 'jittery sleep' where i can't shut off and sleep, I've had about 2 days where I've been really hungry but other than that I'm o.k. What week are you on ?

I'm on week 3 but gained this week 0.5 lb so disappointed with it I've cheated all day.

But I need to keep going back into ketosis from tomorrow.

Are you starting on the plan for Xmas ?
 
I'm staying on it 100% except for one night for my works do though I'm not having alcohol or bread just chicken salad and then having Xmas dinner then I'll be back on plan boxing day..hopefull ! I wanted to lose a stone by my Xmas do on 14th Dec then keep going x

Well that was pants i only lost 1.5lbs this week despite being 100% very disheartened tonight ... ah well I'll plod on this week and hope for more next Friday!

Hi, hope you don't mind me joining in? I'm returning to the plan after getting just over a stone away from target at the beginning of last year but then moved house, could not afford to continue and now here I am 2 stone heavier starting again.
Had my first weigh in today, I'm having them fortnightly at the moment due to the distance of my consultant and after my first two weeks back on track I've lost….a measly 3lbs!!!
Absolutely gutted so decided to get on here and try to encourage myself not to give up just yet!
 
Hiya well done for restarting it is gutting when you put all that effort and willpower in and don't get the result you want, i lost 9lbs in first week last time but didn't do as well in my 1st week or this week either. .however it's all a loss and i know they'll be weeks where 4/5lbs will come off, all going in the right direction, you have to focus on that too I've thrown the towel in before when the scale's haven't shown what i wanted but what's the point ? I ended up binge eating and stuffing crap then weighing loads more and feeling fat bloated and spotty and worse than ever .. We've got to keep going I'm going to up my water a bit more and try having more shakes as opposed to porridges this week although its not supposed to matter , i think I'll give it a try ..a new challenge :) chin up and keep going you can do this xx

Thanks Jellibelli, think I just need to get over it and work towards my next weigh in…at least the scales are going in the right direction hey! I think it just came as a shock this time as when I started previously I lost 13lbs in my first two weeks but I guess I'm fortunate that I don't have as much to lose this time so shouldn't expect the same kind of losses.
I've got a planned Xmas meal at work tomorrow but I'm going to be good and get straight back on track Sunday morning :)
 
I've also got a meal tomoz but same as you straight back strict from Sunday. Enjoy your meal and good luck with it this week you'll be fine :) x

congratulations. if we do the diet properly we will lose weight. So, here's to another loss next week!
 
Oh wow and here I am attempt number 4 ! kept switching to slim & save to cut cost and different products but I obviously can't trust myself! On day 5 week 1 sole source. Feeling good though :) anyone here on another re-start? x
 
Started again last week. I say started and by that I mean a low-carb, low-fat diet. I'm not strictly on Cambridge this time because I have moved to Singapore and my access to products consists of when friends and family visit. But this forum group is where I started some 2.5 years ago and it's where I want to "restart". It's been 2 years now since I hit the 5 stone lost milestone and it's been going up bit by bit since then...only 1 stone 4lbs but that's noticeable in terms for clothes sizes.

I'm in the phase of constantly missing carbs.....in the day time it's not so bad, I can manage as I just about have work to keep me occupied. In the evening though I actually google photos of food to stop me ordering delivery! Hunger comes in waves....again I can manage it in the day time but because it's not Cambridge then the hunger hasn't disappeared when kitosis hits making times when I'm not busy tough.

It's been just over a week so far....steady losses. We have a fiend visiting over the weekend which will make things interesting from a diet perspective. We do have a meal planned for "hot pot" - a big bowl of spicy broth that you drop in veggies and meats so won't be too hard to go carb free...

Attempt number 3 is just about underway for me!

I started CWP last summer and lost 10lbs in my first week, cheated all through my second week and still lost 4lb. From there I just didn't take it seriously as I had eaten so much rubbish and still lost. Since then I have been so busy (and covered up in my winter clothes!) that I've managed to gain a stone without even trying! I now feel extremely uncomfortable in all of my clothes and know that something has to be done.

So this time around I'm starting t 12st12, my heaviest weight yet! And looking to lose 2 stone by May 1st. Not sure if this is possible but my consultant says a stone a month should be easy if I stick to plan. I am also thinking about attending slimming world meetings, just to put myself under the pressure of having to be weighed in front of a group of people each week! Has anyone on here been to group meetings before? Are they any good? I kinda wish the CWP did them!

Anyway, attempt 4 will be the one for you! What are everyone's achievements so far?
