I'm on my 7th week of my second serious go at the diet (first time lost 7 stone +, then had many, many attempts to lose the weight I was regaining a couple of years after that but never made it past 3 weeks).

Anyway, i was just slapping my thigh.... as you do.... and I noticed how freely it moved. I had forgotten from the first time that we (if we have a lot to lose) go through a very 'liquid' stage in the diet until everything goes.

I love it.

I'll hate all the loose skin I'll have ... I'm too old for it to bounce back, but I love remembering that this is connected to a big weight loss.

I keep looking in the mirror too and wondering how it can be that in only a short time (relatively speaking) I'll begin to see the difference in my body. I can see it in my face (and others have noticed) and my upper chest but the rest of me is still as (visually) big as ever. However, that fluid wobble... that means there's a big loss coming soon as long as I keep to the diet.

I don't care for the lose skin - latex and spandex can be our new best friends ;) as long as the label says '14' and not '22' :D and the BMI is under 30 and not over 40...
