Diet: Maintaining
Hiya

No sorry breast feeding is a no no when on the diet, or rather the diet is a no no when breast feeding :-)

Hiya

It is recommended that you INCREASE your calorie intake by approx 500kcals a day whilst breastfeeding as you burn more calories and you need the extra to make the milk. CD SS provides you with just over 400kcals a day...the recommended calorie intake whilst breastfeeding is 2500kcals a day. If you tried to SS whilst breastfeeding you would end up feeling very poorly, and more than likely you will stop producing milk. Even if you do Weight Watchers they give you an extra 10 points per day whilst breastfeeding just to make sure your intake is high enough to be able to continue producing milk.
