My Mood: Blog Entries: 19 Rep Power: 10 Diet: Cambridge Diet | Hi Feathers, Well done on day 2 of slimfast, doesnt matter how you do it, the fact you are at day 2 is good, and slimfast is good anyway, my sister in law used it to loose 5 stone a couple of years ago, she felt being able to have a meal at night meant she didnt feel deprived when the family where all together and you can go out for meals as well.
