    Day 11 for me... have had my shake and onto the first herb tea of the day... here we go again!
    Scales stayed the same, which is fine. Last night I had an extra shake, I was hungry and decided not to feel bad about it, as last time around I got the whole way on 4 packs a day because of being 5' 8". This time I am trying only to take the 4th if I really need it, so although I've had a half extra before this was the first time to have the whole thing.

    Today, busy but home-based, and no rain so will try to make time for a walk and read some more of my Beck book. Hope everyone has a good day.

    Hope you've had a good sunday! Def have an extra shake if you feel you need it hun, its one of the CD rules 5ft 8 above have 4 a day, i would def advise my customers as such too, obv your choice though, cdc can only advise i suppose.

    thinking about a return- just dont know if CD is what I'll go for this time, my little boy is a good eater but he eats better when we eat meals together...oh, is this just all excuses?! Anyways,haven't stepped on scales but pretty chuffed with still fitting most of my clothes since HB left me in June and dieting has taken a back seat till now.Feel myself slipping into old habits and have hibernated a bit with the snow that we had up here in Dec.

    Thanks Lelly... my CDC told me to try and do without, but the booklet does say it's OK I know. I really needed it last time around, I was SO hungry without the 4, but so far this time have been OK. I will definitely up to 4 if I need to, promise.

    Curly, SOOO good to see you! How brilliant! (Class of 2009 reunion going on here! We are a stubborn lot!) Wooo, where are you off to on hols?

    Angela!!! Thanks for calling in! It sounds like you are doing really well weight wise, but really sorry to hear about the split. That must be very hard. You probably don't need to do CD hun, but if you want to, why not go for one of the higher plans so that you can eat with the little ones? Either way, you can post on here and get lots of support. We had a lot of snow too but I think it was worst where you are... no wonder you needed to hibernate!

    Just searched for alternative to MAM and although not official it seems some people use vege gel instead to make a MAM, not sure of the nutritional content of it so don't relly know whether it would affect anything, will try to find out more though!

    Lol... Lelly, see my post on your thread... I am now officially your slave for life! And in sudden need of a trip to the health food shop for vege gel... woo hoo!

    Today is Day 12. Still early days but starting to feel settled and content in the diet, which is wonderful. Looking forward to seeing CDC to get official weigh in (won't be as much as my stats say as it's not a first-thing weigh, but so what) and to collect some bars & perhaps some different shakes which will make the days a bit more varied. Plan is to SS until the end of Day 28, then 810 to goal... but we'll see how things go. Scales still stuck today, but that doesn't bother me... happy and hopeful today.
