(did cd last year and lost 15lb in 3 weeks - reaching 10 st 5)
Going to Turkey on 29th May - want to be at least 10 stone by then *** reached 9 st 13.5 on 19th may, not feeling comfortable at this weight so changing next goal to 9 st 7
Week 1 - 4/5/12 = -8lb
Week 2 - 12/5/12 = -1lb (5 days off plan - tut tut)
Week 3 - 19/5/12 = -2.5lb (TOTM, few naughty days)
Week 4 - 28/5/12 =
Week 5 + 6 (on holidays)
Week 7 - 15/06 (first weigh in back off hols, should be 4 100% days)
Week 8 - 22/06
Week 9 - 29/06
Week 10 - 06/07 *ideally would like to be as close to 9 st 7 as possible and starting 1000 plan and gym*
