CD 1000 plan
Hi all i'm after some advice i want to return to CD and get rid of this weight but with the kids off school and only my hubby working money is a bit tight i was thinking of doing the 1000 plan as i would only need two shakes but i'm worried that the weight loss would be slow has anyone done only this plan? and what was your weight loss like?

My weight loss figures on 1000 plan: started 13st 8lb on June 16th. Lost 4lbs wk1, STS wk2, -6lbs wk3, -4lbs wk4, STS wk5, -3lbs wk6, -3lbs wk7, now 12st 2lbs, goal weight 10st 10.
This is with a lot of exercise: I also have to say that it's been quite expensive because I've had to buy CD products and food, so I'm not sure it costs less than SoleSource.
