Lost 32lbs on Cambridge started 01/06/11
Back on the Cambridge diet 02/04/12
Start Weight: 10st 6lbs
Goal Weight: 9st 7lbs
Week 1: Lost 6lbs (In 3 days!!!) Reached Goal 1
Week 2: Lost 2lbs
Week 3: Gained 2lbs but lost 13" in 2 weeks and have a 27" waist OMG OMG OMG
Week 6: Gained 3lbs- Not been on plan at all due to illness and stupid workloads
Goal 1: Reach 10 stone
Goal 2: Reach 9 stone 10
Goal 3: Reach Target of 9stone 7lbs
Also what types of exercise are people doing on it?
