    Post Sole Source Step 3! New at all this! encouragement needed!

    Hi guys,

    I started the CD on Friday (28/09/2012).

    Was told because my BMI was so high, i had to go on 4 "shakes" a day.
    I have Porridge for Brekkie, Ready made Shake for Lunch and Soup for dinner and I make a shake up of a night while watching TV.
    I went out Saturday night and drank water all night! Was so proud of myself!

    I keep getting a really dry mouth even though i'm drinking loads of water.... Any ideas guys?
