maintain/lose weight

Hi, im Bernie I'm 22 years old, started cambridge in june 2012, weighing 17st 13lb, size 26 i had a break in december where i put almost a stone back on now the lowest ive been since then is 11st8lb, cant seem to shift the last stone, so started back on 810cal step, got down to 11st8lb and having hard tome maintaining even when measuring food etc. Considering looking at weightwatchers for the rest of the weoght to come off but unsure if I'll put the weight on again. Really doesnt help that even after eccercose ive got loose skin on tummy that makes me feel like poop! M currently a size 14top and 12 leg. Thanks any advice would be great x
 
I' m just starting my journey and I've had such low moment these past few days, it helps to write a list of reasons why you want to loose weight and get to your goal? Exercise videos and anything that will help you tone your muscles will tighten you up and some situps always help with the loose skin on the belly:) Bio oil also helps with stretch marks and loose skin xxx
