Well I've done it! 14/15 weeks on and i'm at Step 3... anyone else here? Today is my first day on it- i had porridge and the gas i had after wasn't that fun! I've settled a lot now though, i think it was just a huge shock to the system! Have had my banana and lunch now. Looking forward to a 'norma' tea :D hoorahhhh!
 
Well done sugarised, Im not at that level as yet, I have my 6th week weigh in tomoz..x
 
Well after losing 126lbs (9 stone!) I'm being made to go onto step 3... I'm really nervous about eating a solid carb and not looking forward it my first one either... I wish I could stay on step 2 forever lol!!!!

I've just moved up to step 3 as weight loss had ground to a halt on SS+ so we're hoping with some extra calories and regular exercise it will kick start my metabolism again!

How is everyone doing? I'm not necessarily expecting much weight loss this week but hoping to next week as I'm going to gym 4 days a week and not eating the carbs after 7pm! Is anyone else in a similar situation and/or still having good weight loss on step 3?
 
Hey everyone! Well week 2 of supposed 'maintenance' and I HATE it :( I've put on 5lbs over this time and I miss SS/SS+ badly! I feel like a CD addict lol! I feel like I'm eating and constantly hungry all the time,

I'm going to the gym also to try and keep on top of the extra calories, as well as weights to tone up my loose skin as well! Im still reluctant to try the carbs as well especially after gaining weight!!!

Someone tell me it gets easier/ gains calm down!?! I'm seriously considering buying some slim and save products to have a make shift 'Cambridge diet' so my CDC doesn't find out!
 
Hi, i totally understand how you feel! As soon as i started to maintain i hated that "full" feeling!

Stick with it, your body will soon adjust x
