Step2 810kcal Which Step to lose Festive lbs?

Hi everyone

I've been following CWP for way too long (2 years!) and have maintained my weight inbetween treat foods with shakes rather than moving up the steps on onto a healthy diet like I should have. Before Christmas I had started on step 2 and was about to move onto step 3 but then life got in the way and I had a month where I wasn't as careful about my eating as I should have been and gained about 4kg throughout December. I'm now desperate to lose the weight to go back to my goal weight of 54kg. Which step would you recommend? I know I'd lose it quickest on SS but I don't want to get back into the mindset of only having shakes again. I also exercise quite a lot so would probably need more calories.

I'd really appreciate everyone else's experience and advice :)

810 will still give you good losses while allowing you to have food. You don't have a lot to lose at all. The downside of this is that it takes longer to shift those sneaky pounds.

If 1000 seems too much, I recommend you do the 810 rather than SS. There is someone on here who lost all her weight on the 810 plan.

I've just seen you are in Brisbane.... hello from Melbourne :)

(PS I rejoined minimins under a new name, having been a member here in the past when I successfully lost over 7 stone. I put the weight back on about three years later due to a bit of a crisis)
 
Hi

I do a lot of exercise whilst on plan and step 3 is recommended. When I do it properly I loose 3lb a week. Hope that helps, good luck xx

Went to health club today with a friend so didn't do as much but I still went.

Gym 40mins 330 cals
Swim 30 lengths

Just been to sainsburys to stock up on all things green and white in preparation for tomorrow. Last (mini) blow out tonight. Then focussing on weigh in on 6th Jan. Hope to get back down to my pre xmas weight of 16st 9
