    Hiya!

I blocked out most of the yummys! (My friend did nag me 'oh but the ice cream is sooooooooooo yuuuuuuuuuuuum, I had water!! +10 points for me!!!) (Springrolls 'but I know you loooooooove them!!!!' +3745687658points for me)

Some unexpected food things happened today though; they didn't have any food in the house and all darn stores are closed except take out stores. So we got sandwiches and such but they're probably loaded with calories, I calculated it very strict and it's about 1550... (includng my breakkie) which would be okay but what if they put other stuff in?? I didn't exactly see what they put in. I did pick wholewheat... instead of white... and no butter etc.. sigh. :X

The other option would've been fast food / snack bar so sandwich is way way better. I chose chickenfilet and tomato/cucumber for on it but........

We also found 100kcal choco balls from Milka (I THINK!!!!!) so I had some of those at cinema <3 So lovely and portion pack. I can have chocolate now

    Ah well.

Doing ok otherwise. Inhaler is okay, helps me sleep. :-)

Forgot to take SOTY form with me, so will send it on tuesday... Will need to type out my story then too hheh omg!! :x Creepy stuff!!!!!!

    Hi all!

    Me again!

Just weighed myself at 70.3 (at end of day with food etc in me) so don't think weekends done much damage, usually up 1,5-2,5kg at evening, so that is great.

I had 1 wholewheat slice of bread with tuna salad and 1 with lowfat cheese. Lunch was pistlet with ham and dinner was ... again bread (dont ask!) with egg/tuna/tomato/small spoon lowfat mayo. Total 1019.. Will be having something nice at the tv with my tea in a bit but I won't pass 1200kcal today. Just a bit of a 'keep myself in check after foodish weekend'-thing.

I took some pics of myslf with my phone yesterday. I don't recognise that person on there, it really creeps me out tbh. Everyone who sees it says 'oh you look lovely etc'... but that person isn't me.... BAH!

    Thanks hon xxx

I always find you're the nice voice in my head when I'm the evil mean voice.. I know I've said it so much but I really don't recognise myself, I really don't. People tell me it's me, people I know in real life tell me that's really how I look but it creeeeeeeps me out. I don't see that. I do not see that person!

I don't think I should be the unhappy overweight girl ... I just don't know this slim, ... still relatively unsure girl. Which is weird because.. well, it's me..........

    Hey!

Thanks so much.. Guess it's true haha.

I just finished writing Slimmer of the Year Holland thingy. If I make it to top 15 I get to go to UK to see the factory and if I make top 1 (highly unlikely) I get to participate in European SOTY...

Was quite a difficult story to write for me...... Has more issues in it than just weight ones so..

    Ah well! :-)

    So!

I had about 1500kcal yesterday + a walk burning 250kcals and today I'm down 0,5kg. I was up 1,1 when I started my period so dropping is nice. I was feeling very veeeeeery worried about having to maintain on 1500 kcal.

I need to walk more but I usually only have time in evening and I really don't feel comfy going out alone when it's dark out. Went with roomie yesterday which was lovely, we will probably do it more :-)

I may walk to the station this afternoon though I'm not really sure I want to hahaha. It's about 6km which is err? 4?? miles. Which seems short but yo have to wait at traffic light every 4 steps

Who knows. If I'm up for and it doesn't rain it I might.

Feel pretty good about losing hoping that if I walk some today I'll lose again HAHAH.

Walking is okay as I don't really exert myself too much to end up in a coughattack :')

    We shall see.

Food for the day... err, not sure.

Had a lotof cracottes yesterday which are a type of crackers we have here. 25kcal each, lovely with no sugar etc jam on them or cheese and you can eat sooooooooo many of em. :-)

    I had today.

Cracottes with crab salad and tomato as break (omg! <3!! cracottes are hardly any kcal 25kcal each, they're a very light cracker type thing, surprisingly filling and lovely !)
    Grapes as snack
Muesli.. bun with low fat cheese as lunch
    Grapes as snack
    Dinner in restaurant with friend;
peppersteak with a wee bit of garlic butter
    Lots of veg and salad~!
2 french fries.... they didn't taste like I thought they did and he was happy to eat mine ! :-)

Total around 1300kcal leaving me smth nice for with my tea might have dried fruit or choco chip cookie or something.

Walked today burning about 250kcal, not a lot but still better than nothing so I'm proud of myself :-)

    Yay!

    Thanks so much Katy!

If I can do it, I know you can do it too hon! The smileyface was especially created hehee, hours of labour went into it as I'm sure you can imagine

You;re doing so well hon, 810 may seem a long way from 1500 but it's only a few steps (I'll leave it up to you if that's good or bad but I reckon it's good!!)

Thanks so much for your lovely words hon they mean a lot!!! xxxx

    ---

    So, today!

I had cracottes with cheese and egg (cooked.. egg err.. boiled!! tjhat's the word). Sadly they'd gone all soggy. They tasted lovely but weren't very crunchy anymore. Sniffles.

I had 2 choc chip cookies (105kcal) as snack and I forgot to bring grapes My planning ability isn't always as good.

I've had about 1400kcal today including dinner and I might have some milk in my tea later or something of the sort.

I hope to be able to safely move onto 1600kcal next week.

    xx

    Oh yea.

My CDC texted me yesterday saying how moved she was by my story. I might put it up here this weekend, not sure yet though, it is quite personal :-)

I was so happy when she texted me that!! I was really worried about it being a BAD story etc..
