    Hi :-)

    Today I had:

Apple cinnamon quark - >> Soooooooooooo delicious.
    2 small mandarins
    Choc shake
    Chicken and mushroom
    Porridge :-)

Going to see CDC tomorrow. I know my weight probably hasn't changed much but my fat % will hopefully have gone lower.

Today I had a bit of a variaton. Having trouble staying full on fruit alone so had a different breakkie with some added carbs.

I had a fried egg + allbran plus in 125ml of milk for breakkie. This basically kept me feeling full all day.
I had an orange bar at around 3-4pmish.
    Dinner (tuna salad) at 8
Hot choc tetra at 9:30 :-)

Feeling very full now which is good; won't be tempted to snack and all :-)

Yep yep. We have a piece of ... special foil so we can bake an egg without adding butter etc. Saturday is the 'bad food day' here at home and we usually have eggs in the morning so I figured; why not. I've been allowed eggs for a while now, here in the Netherlands it's allowed to have eggs in AAM too so.......

Anyway. Saturday is bad food day so I enjoyed a bit of bad food breakkie. Was good for the rest of the day though. :-) No chips and deepfried goodies for me for dinner ^_^

    xx

I've never heard of using foil before but sounds like a brilliant idea!

Looking at your food diary I wouldn't call it a bad food day at all hun! Eggs are packed with protein and if you aren't cooking them in butter or fat even better.

I have NO idea what kind of stuff it is or if it's even called foil in English AHHA. But it's anti.. burn.. whatever, you put it in the bottom of the pan and throw on whatever you want to bake and it just... bakes... haha, without burning or sticking etc.

Thanks re not a bad food day. Here at home it is, though, we don;t usually eat eggs for breakfast only on saturday and ofc. saturday dinner is bad ;-).

I still love the quark but quark and then fruit 2hrs later fills me up a whole lot less than todays meal. Think I'll try all bran plus semi skimmed milk alone tomorrow.. or maybe with quark... hrm.. I smell interesting combinations.

    Me and my mum were in the store and someone had told me about all bran plus being so good etc. We looked at the pack and were like; my god that's expensive dog food but it's actually quite nice hahah. It just looks a bit strange, the sticks and all. :-) Plus it has 43% of the daily recommended fibre which is very good for those of us who like to be able to poo ''well'' ^________^;

    Hahah.

GORGEOUS dress Porg!! :-) Fab! You're addicted to shopping.. aren;t you?

BUSTED YOUNG LADY Better explain yourself concerning that addiction or auntie Lostris is taking your allowance!!!

All bran rules. ^_^. Pooing is very important and I have to admit, all grossness aside, this has been an issue for me lately. My body is making weird noises now though, so I'll just assume that's the high fibre telling all the .... in there to get a move on so they can fibre-ize me. Hmhm..

Oooooh. I will keep a detailed diary about this.

23:29: tummy rumbles for 5 secs. All bran?
23:30: tummy stopped rumbling - has all bran ceased its efforts?
    23:31: .... etc

15 years huh, that is a long time! I guess you can have your allowance for now.... but be warned, you're on probation!

Oh 23:32 was very, very dangerous... but that passed. We're at 23:41 now. Still rumbling...hmm.. I sense a conspiracy......

Seriously though, I love all the clothes you buy but you really must be spending a lot of money on them hahah. I'm having trouble finding the clothes I want; looking for a thick but trendy vestlikethingie here in Dutchieland and most stores have spring clothing....... darn it really. Thats way too thin and cold for me now!!!!! It was -2 this morning / afternoon....... brrrrrrr.
