    JessRabbit, so fab to see you back again... I will check in whenever I can, I promise. Free internet in my first hotel, but depends whether I have any time to use it! I am hoping minis will help keep me on track. And yes, the scales are magic, thank you so much for the tip, I have tried to see if they will fit in my case but sadly not!

    Sarette, thanks also, I will keep in touch, promise! My addiction to minis shows no sign of abating yet! Just expect I will be posting at random times of the night!

    Last day before overseas work trip. EEEEEK!!!!!

    Brekky: CD porridge, chopped apple, 1 spoonful 0% greek yog.
    snack: CD cranberry bar
    lunch: 2x slices rye bread and mashed banana
    snack: 1 oatcake with cottage cheese
    tea: veggie lasagne & broccoli (made by OH). Farewell 'last' supper.

    Feel over-full... lunch was a bit too much, and tea was also a slightly bigger portion than I needed. This is an interesting idea, trying to be aware when I have eaten 'enough' and not pushing it further... might take a while to get this right!

    Trip day. EEEEEKKKKK again!!!!

    Won't be able to check in later so here is how I PLAN my day to look...
    Brekky: CD porridge, grated apple, spoonful 0% greek yog, nutmeg
    'lunch': tea and cake at tea rooms in village with mum. (yummy & naughty but part goal-treat and part goodbye with mum, and I want to be able to eat cake without wanting to binge, so not going to be scared of it).
    tea: salad & CD bar on train
    overnight: I imagine a light meal of some sort on plane... will fill in details later.

    After that, I am adrift - CD free - until I get back on June 1st. Yikes. I am determined to be up for the challenge! So... bye lovely minis peeps, for now, will pop in soon from far away and see how you are doing!

    Wow - I thought you were leaving on Friday. *scratches head* You're already in the air so I'm hoping that you have a fabulous flight, don't get any smelly people sitting next to you and look forward to hearing your adventures from wherever you are. Just had a thought - did you know you can make dietary requests for food on the plane. I used to order the low fat one but it's almost ALWAYS fish and vegies, so I order the vegie one which gives a bit of variety.

    I am in Singapore. It's dark outside & skyscrapers all lit up, past 9 at night... but my laptop says 14.07 so I suppose that is UK time! I have net at this hotel till Sat, but not much time to use it. Still! Thanks for all good wishes!

    Update on Tues 12th:

    cake in cafe that I'd planned - cafe was shut!!!! Outrage! I ended up having a cheese scone at a different place, feeling v resentful as didn't WANT a cheese scone but cakes were not too nice and it seemed best option. Felt cheated! Sigh. Mum was happy though!

    3pm egg sandwich on wholegrain bread on train

    latte

    11pm eek... plane had veggie meal for me. Veg lasagne & green salad.

    Could have been worse, but still grumpy about the scone!

    Feels like time travel... weds is almost over here, but I think I am still on UK time... so odd!

    Brekky on plane: muesli; scrambled egg; coffee; portion fruit.

    Landed: I had brought 3 CD bars with me just in case... was willing to lose them if they ended up not being allowed. But I declared them and they ARE allowed! Yay!!!

    Tea: midday Uk time/7-ish Sing time: coffee & cranberry CD bar.

    Not really hungry for anything else, will just keep drinking. Ate 'tea' so late yesterday, everything seems all mixed up! Have ordered a v fab & healthy sounding brekky for tomorrow, the brek options here are fab!

    And I have two more CD bars to keep me going over next few days, which is great. OK... will have a quick look through threads then get some work done while I am online. Hugs everyone!
