This forum is for those doing the Cambridge Weight Plan and who wish to post their 'Before and After Photos' as well as their progress photos during their weight loss journey.
If anyone would like their photo threads moved to this forum. Please post a link to them and either myself or one of the mods will move them.
Please remember that all photos posted on the forums unless they are private are viewable by guests as well as members.
You can also posts links to your profile albums...only members with 50 posts will be able to view them and then only if they are public. If they are private albums only those on your friends and contact list can view them.
