    1st experience of Cambridge: 5th June 2012 - 30th August 2012 (went from 14st 5.5 lbs to 11st 4lbs

    TARGET SMASHED = 3 STONE DOWN IN 12 WEEKS!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!

    RE-START - MONDAY 4TH MARCH 2013

    (Goal - to see the 10's - it'll be the first time since being a teenager!!)


    4th March 2013 (Ok so enough is enough time to re-start CD) = 12st 7.75lbs

    11th March 2013 - 8.25lbs (11st 13.5lbs) (one day off plan - mother's day)

    18th March 2013 - ??

    week 5 -4lbs = 17st 6 lbs
    week 6 -5lbs = 17st 1lbs
    week 7 -3lbs =16st 12lbs
    week 8 -4lbs = 16st 8lbs total = 16lbs

    June
    week 9 -4lbs = 16st 4lbs
    week 10 -5lbs = 15st 13lbs

    week 20 -4lbs = 13st 7lbs 6 stone down 3 and a half to go !

    Goal 10 stone so i have a normal bmi = cant pidling wait !
