    230lbs(I lost 1 stone on fasting ate once a day for 30days)
    Start Weight on 2/2/13:216lbs(I started Exante on 2/2/13 hoping to loose 48lbs by 30/5/13)

    STOPED DIET ON 16/03/13 AT 89.5KG. I'VE SINCE MANAGED TO LOOSE FURTHER 3KG ON HEALTHY EATING.

    I'M RE-SARTING SOON.

    Hey yea im finding mainting pretty easy really - lost 3stone doing cambridge ss, and lost the further 2 stone eating well and excercise! I lasted exactly 14 weeks on cd lol!!! I started at a size 18 and im now a 10/12, i could never imagined getting to 10st 7 but i got there... Im now gonna try for 10, and hopefully be able to say im 9st something for my wedding in october.
    I cant believe how much my life has changed in less than a year. Keep going its so worth it

    Still shrinking... Altho iv only lost an extra couple of pounds since last post ive been working hard on my excercise and eating well, so my body has shrunk a bit more in inch loss x
