Ahhh im glad u can notice too!!! Its only a start but im getting thereyes!!! My bra finally fits properly! Lol no more double boob! I wish it would come off my arms and legs tho...

I can notice it in ur arms and legs! Ur arms r def narrower in 2nd pic, and ur legs... If u look at 1st pic the is no definition in the bottom of ur bum & top of ur thigh... If that makes sense, but in 2nd pic there is the rounded bit @ the bottom of ur bum then goes into thigh.... I sound like I've been studying ur bum... But that's how its noticeable and u have def lost off ur in ur tummy area!! Well done!!!:-)

See that bra just looks completely different in its fitting, amazing! Its coming off my arms super slowly too, legs are getting there but want it faster! I've bought myself some weights and am doing legs and bottom half exercises to try get it sped up!Originally Posted by littlemumma

Damn arms and legs!! Yes i think i need to start doin weights on them... Its comin off on my chest and face the fastest. Tummy still a bit of a pain! Covered in stretch marks from kids and that horrid 'apron' tummy!! Am so worried about earing normally in the future... Done this diet 3 years ago and finished up at 11st 5, but after kids at my heaviest was 16st 2, it creeps back on so easily-im scared!!!!!

I'm with you on the arm thing - they are defo my worst part and i reckon i'll probs need to work on them a fair bit as my arms are huge and cannot imagine my saggy wings will just shrink and vanish lol xx
