    Hey everyone! So I have now done 8 weeks (yes i cant quite believe ive done that long!) on sole source 100% no cheating! I have lost 2 st 12 lbs and gone from 12 st 11 to 9 st 13.Im 5 ft 4!Another 13 lbs to goal of 9 stone! Gone from size 16 to a size 10! I am BEYOND chuffed!! I cannot believe i have actually stuck to this 100% as I have been yo yo dieting for the last 10 yrs and never stuck to any diet longer than a week! I feel absolutely fab! And i love that my hubby thinks im looking sexy Just thought i would give u guys a bit of motivation if your just starting out and to say this diet really does work!! First 10 days were horrific..i have 4 kiddies under 5 and not digging into their yummy snacks and left over dinners was a real challenge! Anyway....good luck to everyone...you can do it!! Nothing tastes as good as being skinny..sooooo true!!

    Hi Tess!

    I started SS on Tuesday this week & need to lose almost exactly the same as you! I am 5ft 4" & have around 8 weeks until our work Christmas party & before things get too difficult to carry on with SS (Christmas!). I just wanted to find out if you managed to get to goal & how long that took altogether? I started at 12st 10lbs on Monday night & want to lose 3st to get back to 'me'. I put on all of this weight over the last 2 years after getting married & being unhappy in my job

    My husband & I are going to Mexico in February too & I really don't want to be the size that I am! I want to get rid of all of this weight as quickly as possible so I can concentrate on maintaining & going to the gym to tone up in the couple of months before we go.

    When you say you didn't cheat at all, did you actually eat anything at all? When I've done CD before & I've had to go out for a meal I've eaten a chicken salad, or chicken & veg. Did you eat absolutely nothing but CD products for the whole 8 weeks? Just working out exactly what I need to do to get the same results!

    What kind of weight patter did you have too? Did you lose a regular amount each week?

    Really hope I can do this once & for all & then get back in to my running to keep my weight off!

    You really have done SO well & look amazing! Well done you!
