Yes I'm 51 yrs young...
52 in October........
I stayed on ss for 12 weeks, my first goal was 11st... When I realised I could go lower my next goal was 10.10 then 10.6 then 10.2 final goal...
Reached 10.1 at week 11 & then 9.12 on week 12... Trying now to hold between 9st 12 - 10st 2 for the rest of my life....
My consultant recommend to stay on ss till target - I also watched YouTube "dual dynamic" a guy called Laurence Brown!!
His videos on Cambridge weight loss were an inspiration to me "kept me in the zone"....
If you really really want something - you'll get it no matter what... I wanted skinny jeans!!!!
I told myself 12 weeks & it was 12 weeks... Kept with the program all the way...
I let everybody carry on eating their sandwiches & junk food at lunch time/dinner times/ tea time & watched them with pleasure, thinking "carry on" "eat as much as you like" "I'm going to be skinny soon"... I'm having my porridge...I'm on a program & I'm sticking to it no matter what, i told myself it's 12 weeks out off my life.
I cancelled Mothers day at one of the best restaurants in town, cancelled Easter , and cooked for 12 at my daughters 21st in April and sat and had my soup... Nothing was going to stop me....
No going back for me... Last chance saloon... I told myself....!!
Last time I was that thin was 21yrs ago....
I'd never heard of Cambridge until March 2012 , same with Minimins...
All you guys have kept me going & I thank you all...
