Wow you look amazing sinead you've done so well, you should be super proud of yourself, and you look nowhere near 16 stone, i hope im like that when i get down to the same weight :)

Aw you look amazing, hope you don't mind me saying but in the first pictures you look so self-conscious and in the after pics you look amazing and confident - and rightly so, you look fabulous! Well done on your losses x
 
Sinead - what a difference - you just don't look very big. You've got a slim person's face - and very pretty.

I have to completely disagree with the comment about me looking or being self concious, thats something i've never been. I'm an extremely confident person, big or small. In fact i probably had more confidence 4 months ago than i do now, its like starting over again in a new body each week i lose more and more.

Thanks anyway though.

Aw hope I didn't offend you - in the pic you look like you're pulling your arms round you almost like you're trying to cover yourself up - it's something I do in photos as I'm so self conscious. You look fantastic anyway - must just be the way you were sitting :) I'd love to have more confidence, mebbe it'll come with time

Bloody hell you look amazing! Was this soul source? What did you do when you got to 12 weeks? Did you do a week on step 2 then go back to soul source?
