    Definitely inspirational. I've tried every diet in the world and this is my second time on CD, first time lost 2.5 stone in 6 weeks, had a break, not sure how much I've put on, will check after my first 4 weeks (in 14 days). This is the best ever diet with CD the only way (weigh) on the scales is down!

    Hello fabulous! I can't believe how different you look! Check you out with the skinny girl gap in your legs! What an inspiration! You're absolutely tiny!

    How are you finding the maintenance side of things as I'd by lying if I said im nervous as hell to start moving up the steps in 2 stones time! Especially as my CDV has told me I'll have to eat some carbs!!! <---- gym membership at the ready on that day I think lol!

    Start Weight on 2/2/13:216lbs(I started Exante on 2/2/13 hoping to loose 48lbs by 30/5/13)

    STOPED DIET ON 16/03/13 AT 89.5KG. I'VE SINCE MANAGED TO LOOSE FURTHER 3KG ON HEALTHY EATING.
