BRAND NEW START!
Start weight: 17.7lbs :s
WEEK 1:-11lbs!!! (only been 4 days since last weighed!!!)
WEEK 1:-4lbs(4 days since last weigh in)
Week 2 +8lbs(Night out and struggled to get back on plan.
Goal 1: Lose 1 stone
Goal 2: Get comfotably into my size 16 high waisted shorts
Goal 3: Lose 2 stone
Goal 3: Lose 3 stone
ULTIMATE GOAL: LOSE 5 STONE BY JUNE!!!
